Somewhere to save pictures/photographs or documents.
· Choose where you want to create your New Folder Either on the Desktop, in My Pictures or in My Documents
My Pictures or My Documents can be found by clicking START (or Microsoft logo) at bottom left hand corner of the screen.
· In your chosen location, put the cursor in any open space (not on an icon) · Right Click · Choose NEW and then FOLDER
Whilst the New Folder has the blue highlighted text, write in a the name for the folder If the blue disappears, right-click and select RENAME and immediately write in the name for the folder.
You now have a new folder to save your work in.
