Using the BROWSE (or LOOK IN) function to attach pictures to emails or upload files to a website
When you click Attach (or Attachment) for an email or if you are uploading a picture to a website you will often be given a BROWSE or LOOK IN option. This enables you to look in your computer locations for the picture or file that you want to attach. Click BROWSE to open a window that says LOOK IN.
